Casa Nova Hotel Rio de Janeiro

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, great to walk everywhere and explore the vibrant surroundings. The hotel was clean and well-kept, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with one member even trying to learn English to assist us better. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of typical foods, we started our day off right. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a small rooftop swimming pool with a swim-up bar and fine views.

The hotel's location was great, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Taxis were easily available right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to explore different attractions such as the beach, Sugarloaf, and Christ the Redeemer. The filtered coffee, unlike the machine coffee, was a pleasant surprise and much better in taste.

The pool was a disappointment as it was too murky to use. The breakfast options became repetitive and lacked variety after a few days.

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience for guests. The breakfast is decent, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

The hotel is located next to a very noisy street, which can be disruptive for those who are sensitive to noise.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, we were able to visit many attractions nearby. The room was clean and well-stocked, with fresh sheets and towels. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the pool area was fantastic! The terrace was also a great spot to relax.

Good location for nightlife and Selaron Steps. Walk 15 min to metro for exploring. Lovely breakfast, helpful concierge. Great value for money.

They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. One specific situation that stood out was when my room card didn't work multiple times. The staff quickly reactivated it each time with a smile, making sure I had easy access to my room. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to popular attractions in the area.
